The ideal candidate is a proactive, independent thinker with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and systems, particularly in a Salesforce environment. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and development teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Create documentation such as BRDs, SRDs, workflows, RAID logs, project plans, and training/user guides.

  • Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automation or system enhancements.

  • Assist with risk/issue management and mitigation planning.

  • Occasionally support or step into a project management capacity as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise project environments.

  • Proven experience with Salesforce projects, ideally including CI/CD integration.

  • Strong documentation skills across all project phases.

  • Experience working with large, cross-functional stakeholder groups.

  • Solid understanding of process improvement and business process automation.

  • Skilled in creating UML diagrams (use case, activity, BPMN) and wireframes/mockups.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze risks, issues, and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Business Analyst or Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

  • Experience in functional analysis, reporting, and data tools is a plus.

  • Prior experience in public sector or regulatory environments is an advantage.
